Bradley S. Thomas

Brad Thomas graduated from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1977.  Mr. Thomas immediately embarked on his career as a civil litigation trial attorney specializing in personal injury, employment disputes, construction defect, and business related litigation.  He has over 33 years of experience as a trial lawyer and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in courts throughout California.

Mr. Thomas has represented clients in approximately 100 jury trials and has participated in hundreds of mediations and settlement conferences.  He has been involved in lawsuits arising out of automobile and bicycle accidents, defective products, unsafe road conditions, construction site accidents, employment harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination, breach of contracts, business disputes, and legal malpractice, among other claims.  Mr. Thomas has served as an expert witness on the subject s of an attorney's standard of conduct and insurance company bad faith.

Since 1988, Mr. Thomas has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).  He is a past-president of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of ABOTA and served on the Board of Directors for CalABOTA.  Mr. Thomas is the recipient of his Chapter's award for professionalism and civility.  He is proud to have been invited to join the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court in Sacramento where he continues to be an active member.

Mr. Thomas is a frequent lecturer for continuing education programs and seminars sponsored by both plaintiff and defense organizations.  He has participated in five Masters In Trial programs sponsored by ABOTA.
