Bradley Thomas has been practicing law for over 30 years. He specializes in civil litigation and over the course of his career has tried more than 75 jury cases. He is the managing partner of Mason Thomas where he has practiced since its inception in 1978. He has litigated and resolved a wide variety of cases involving employment termination and discrimination, product defects, agricultural and livestock accidents, automobile accidents, construction accidents and business torts. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Thomas consults with and advises individuals and insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Thomas has been retained as an expert witness in legal malpractice and insurance coverage matters. He is often requested to serve as an arbitrator or mediator and acts as a Judge Pro Tem in the Superior Court of Sacramento County at settlement conferences. He has presented numerous seminars on subjects including insurance law, liens, damages, trial techniques and discovery strategies. Mr. Thomas is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is a member of the Board of Directors of CALABOTA. In 2004, he was honored to serve as President of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of ABOTA. In addition, he belongs to the Northern California Association of Defense Counsel and is a Master in the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court. In his personal time, he enjoys outdoor photography and playing tennis. He is also an avid cyclist and horseman who has been riding and training horses for the past 25 years.
