Kevin Elder joined Mason & Thomas in 1993 and was made a partner in 1999. Mr. Elder quickly earned a reputation as a respected, aggressive advocate for parties involved in civil litigation. Mr. Elder's practice areas include all aspects of civil litigation for individuals, businesses, public entities and paratransit services, including motor vehicle liability, premises liability, product liability, real estate contracts, construction defect, and automotive warranty, sales, finance and leasing. Mr. Elder's practice also includes elder abuse and dependent adult abuse neglect cases. Mr. Elder is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel, Northern California, the Defense Research Institute, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Sacramento County Bar Association.
